Months have passed still not fixed, do not buy

Used to work great but now it crashes on every remote attemp to any machine. Please fix!!

Need updat for ipad4 and iphone5 because it does not open

The keyboard is badly designed. There is a triangle in the corner to show additional keys, which are not independent from the menu and the main keyboard for instance if you activate only the additional keys than to open normal keyboard for some input you have to close key-bar, open menu and open keyboard and then key-bar on the top of the keyboard re-appears which is ok but to close only the main keyboard again you have to repeat the whole procedure in reverse order. Also author didnt think much about usability of a mouse. It is nearly impossible to do right click in the mode where screen dragging is locked. And whendragging is unlocked then the only practical use of the mouse is the right click. There are some bugs, for instance if you return into app the lock shows that you have the screen dragging disabled but it is not true, you have to disable and re-enable the lock. I would have rated the app a bit higher but I am dissapointed because the lite version lacks the full keyboard and mouse support so the customer have no chance to encounter the biggest flaws of the full version before purchase.

After last update aplication crash everytime!

When will be support NLA? Have more then 6 machines under windows 7 pro with NLA RPD.

Login name in Russian is not supported!

After updating to the new version I cantt work: on pushing the "QWERTY keyboard" button the application shutdowns. Both on iPhone 5s and iPad4, OS 8.4.

Very useful app.

Like another user pointed out, this works if you blow out the app and download it again. The bummer is that you have to set up all your sessions again. ----------------------- Love the app and use it all the time for work. Unfortunately, the current version doesnt work on the new phone. Please fix it up so I dont have to ditch it for another app!

I agree with the other reviews...For some reason the app crashes. I had to re-download and then it opened fine. Luckily I had all my settings available on another device that could open. It would be nice to be able to export the configurations as a backup for the situation. Outside of this, this app has been great over the past couple of years and Im confident that they will fix the issue in a timely mannor.

I had the same crashing issue and Wrote to support. They responded quickly. They said to take copies if your connections, remove the app, reboot and install again. Works perfectly for me!!

It doesnt even open, just a flash of the screen and close immediately. Please urgent, fix it!!!!!

New update Crashing when opening app. new update dose not work at all. Do not update!!!!!

Wont open on my new 5C. Unacceptable, customer lost. This is a business app, not a game.

If it broke due to iOS 7, uninstall and reinstall

Liked it earlier but now it wont even open on 5S.
